✨ Cancellation Policy I understand things come up! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. Any cancellation made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% same-day cancellation fee. This fee is automatically charged to the card on file. ⸻ ✨ No-Show / Late Policy If you do not show up for your appointment OR you arrive 15 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically cancelled and you will be charged 50% of the service total. No exceptions — this protects my time and ensures fairness for all clients. Deposit Policy A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit goes toward the total price of your service. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment, the deposit is non-refundable at any point.
